Brain Mantra — Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Brain Mantra you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian is happy for you to use the app.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and choose a display name that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone, and does not contain personal information.
• You can delete your account at any time from Home → Delete Account.

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, tamper with scores, or use bots, scripts, modified apps or any method to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboard;
• reverse-engineer, attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers;
• use the app for anything unlawful, or to harass others.

We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

4. The app is for entertainment

Brain Mantra is a game provided for entertainment and practice. Questions are generated automatically and, while we work hard to keep them accurate, we do not promise they are error-free. The app is not professional or educational advice and does not guarantee any exam result.

5. Advertising

The app is free and shows ads (including optional "watch an ad for a hint" rewarded ads). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

6. Our content and your content

The app, its design, questions, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. Your display name may be shown to other players on the leaderboard.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee the app will always be available or uninterrupted. Scores and progress may be reset if needed for fairness or maintenance.

8. "As is" and limits of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, scores or progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India / Uttar Pradesh, and any disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
